To build on the Company’s success to date, Cooper Energy is continuing to seek out high potential value and reasonable cost opportunities in and outside of our core exploration and productions areas.

The types of opportunities that the Company would typically consider are:

  • Bidding on new acreage releases,
  • Exploration, development and production farm-ins,
  • Strategic acreage swaps, and
  • Production and company acquisitions.

In addition to the Company’s focused business model, Cooper Energy continually remains open and receptive to other international opportunities outside of the Company’s core focus areas that have the potential to assist the Company to meet its growth aspirations. Cooper Energy ranks these opportunities on a risk versus reward basis and aims to maintain a balanced portfolio of managed growth potential.

Cooper Energy has reviewed a large number of new ventures opportunities in all regions of the world. The opportunities that have been secured to date have the individual elements that are considered critical for success:
